Marcin Leśnicki, the director of the World Masters Orienteering Championships (WMOC) Poland 2026, attended the conference organized by the International Orienteering Federation (IOF) alongside Senior Event Advisor Julie and Ronan Cleary, as well as National Controller Jerzy Antonowicz, who together represented Poland. The event, called the High Level Event Seminar (HLES), took place on February 1-2, 2025, in Budapest.
During the two-day conference, around 80 representatives from all over the world discussed key topics related to organizing championship-level orienteering events. Presentations, discussions, and the exchange of experiences aimed to improve organizational standards and promote orienteering at the international level.
